Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead large-scale clinical trials with global scope. The role focuses on oversight of investigational data, compliance with GCP and FDA regulations, and management of budgets and vendor partnerships.

You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, coordinate study materials, and drive risk assessment in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is offered with travel up to 40% domestically and some international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field required.
• 5–7 years of clinical trial management experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, ISO guidelines and trial conduct.

Responsibilities

• Leads and drives the project team in planning, execution and management of large-scale clinical trials.
• Oversees worldwide clinical studies per strategy, budget and resources.
• Manages clinical trial budget including forecasting and accruals.
• Monitors site activation, budget management and regulatory submissions.
• Ensures audit readiness and prepares essential study documents.
• Manages CRO/vendor relationships and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
