Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale clinical trials. The role drives planning, execution, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across global sites with CROs and vendors, ensuring audit readiness and timely data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field; 5–7 years clinical trial mgmt experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in EDC and MS Office; capable of managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and ISO guidelines for trials globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and management of large-scale clinical trials.
• Oversee studies worldwide per strategy, budget and resources.
• Forecast budget, accruals, and manage trial finances and contracts.
• Coordinate site qualification, activation and initiation with CROs and sites.
• Ensure audit readiness and prepare study documents and monitoring plans.
• Support data management, AE reporting and protocol deviations.
• Manage CROs and external vendors; mitigate project risks.
• Communicate progress and risks to Senior Leadership.
• Provide training for investigators, coordinators, and CROs.
