Job summary

Olympus Corporation in Center Valley, PA is seeking a Senior Process Manager to drive global product development processes, ensure compliance, and enable scalable cross-functional teams. Hybrid work model with national travel and international collaboration in a leading medical device environment.

You will partner with PMO teams to design tools, templates, and training that improve efficiency and accountability across the organization, impacting timely product launches and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in regulated medical device field.
• Product development experience required.
• Change Management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms like Mural/Miro.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team guidance.
• Ability to navigate complex, global projects and drive strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global product development business processes across regions.
• Advise senior leadership with process improvements and compliance.
• Align processes with strategic objectives across the org.
• Execute high-impact continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and oversee solution implementation.
• Monitor compliance and elevate critical issues to leaders.
• Maintain process documentation to match evolving needs.
• Develop and deliver global policy communication strategies.
• Present updates to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Perform additional duties to support the Global PMO team.
