The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and ensure ATS accuracy. We seek someone with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting, a high school diploma, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in HR or related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, events, and networks.
• Conduct prescreens and interviews by phone, video, or in person.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve workflows.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and candidate pipelines.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment systems and processes.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and confidential handling of data.
