Job summary

CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, including HHAs, in our Philadelphia care center. You will partner with hiring leaders, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will maintain compliance records (I-9, E-Verify) and help with process improvements in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment. Local travel ~20% for events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service (healthcare or home care experience preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a metrics-driven environment.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare roles, including Home Health Aides (HHAs).
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates, clearly explaining job details, pay, schedules, and expectations.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and local community partnerships.
