Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Harrisburg, PA. This hybrid role supports an efficient, compliant recruitment experience and partners with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and manage full-cycle activities.

You will source and prescreen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure accurate ATS data while contributing to a positive candidate experience and strong workforce planning across assigned regions.

Qualifications

• One year of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in human services or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote Keystone’s mission, values, and culture throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, events, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct prescreens and interviews by phone, video, or in person.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Prepare compliant new hire files and maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to improve hiring practices.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
