• Develop relationships with hiring managers to secure future opportunities within ManpowerGroup.
• Coordinate interviews, review resumes, and conduct initial screens to evaluate fit and capability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in an ATS and support clients with market insights.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events; travel to client sites as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
