Job summary

Evergreen Administrative Services is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), we partner with businesses across industries to support hiring and workforce needs.

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients and serve as the primary contact from posting to onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for multiple client positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and ads.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, conduct screen calls and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with teams.
• Maintain timely candidate updates and onboarding coordination.
• Prepare offer letters and support acceptance process.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Track recruiting activity and prepare status reports.
• Monitor metrics and support process improvements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Represent Evergreen professionally and deliver strong candidate experience.
