Homestead Human Solutions, based in New Jersey, seeks a Sales Executive to grow our logistics portfolio with LTL and FTL solutions across the US and Canada. Base salary up to $90,000 plus a leading commission structure.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics/freight sales, a hunter mindset, and strong English communication. USA-based candidates may work remotely in this position.

Qualificações

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in freight logistics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide customized shipping solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Have A Book of business would be ideal.
• Proven experience in logistics/freight sales (LTL/FTL), minimum 3 years.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
