Job summary

Atlas Global Talent is seeking a Sales Executive / Account Manager in downtown Chicago. This hybrid role combines new-business development with ongoing account management, focusing on shipper relationships and revenue growth.

You’ll prospect, negotiate and close new business, then remain the primary contact to expand lanes, volumes and opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to service accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL or transportation.
• Proven ability to develop relationships directly with shippers.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships.
• Generate opportunities through outbound development and referrals.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Engage decision-makers and develop logistics solutions.
• Prepare pricing and proposals and close new business.
• Own and grow accounts after implementation.
• Maintain CRM with activities and opportunities.
• Meet customers face-to-face when valuable.
