Teleflora’s Inside Sales team in Paragould, AR seeks an enthusiastic, sales‑driven professional. You’ll handle telephone sales of fresh flowers and floral products to Teleflora’s network of member florists, with a hybrid schedule that combines in‑office and optional remote days.

The role emphasizes building rapport, mastering FlowerBuyer’s portfolio, and meeting sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and multi‑tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college business courses are a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Customer service and sales experience in a floral/B2B setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with Teleflora florists and build trust.
• Develop knowledge of FlowerBuyer’s portfolio of flowers and supplies.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas for contacts and sales.
• Manage time on the phone and maintain a high level of selling activity.
• Prepare reports for Inside Sales department management.
• Utilize order entry, call tracking and contact management systems.
• Participate in sales, product and process training as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet needs.
