Teleflora, part of The Wonderful Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Flowerbuyer. This full-time role supports our nationwide network of florists by handling inbound calls, order support, and training on the Flowerbuyer site.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Wed in Paragould, AR and optional remote work Thu-Fri. You will build expertise in Flowerbuyer, collaborate with internal teams, and strive for first-call resolution while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from florists, provide order support and first call resolution.
• Become familiar with Flowerbuyer site and product lines.
• Provide training to florists on their Flowerbuyer account and resources.
• Collaborate with other teams to execute outbound calls as needed.
• Meet KPIs, productivity, and call quality targets; adhere to schedule.
• Handle escalated issues with supervisor support.
