Teleflora is seeking energetic sales-oriented individuals for a hybrid Inside Sales role in Oklahoma City. You will handle telephone-based sales to Teleflora’s network of member florists, with Monday–Wednesday in the office and Thursdays–Fridays optional work-from-home.

Develop product knowledge, meet quotas, and maintain CRM records while delivering exceptional customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college business courses or degree are a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and detail orientation; accurate spelling/abbreviations.
• Basic computer literacy, math, and writing ability; telephone sales skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Floral industry knowledge or outbound B2B telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish rapport with Teleflora florists and manage relationships.
• Develop knowledge of FlowerBuyer’s portfolio of flowers and supplies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for contacts and sales.
• Meet or exceed target time on the phone with florists.
• Prepare reports for Inside Sales department management.
• Utilize order entry, call tracking, and contact management software.
• Participate in sales, product, and process training as required.
