Job summary

Teleflora in Paragould, AR is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to act as the frontline contact for our network of florists. You will handle calls, process requests, and assist with questions regarding orders, billing, and products.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills to support Teleflora’s commitment to excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take customer service-related calls from our member florists including billing calls and confirming floral orders.
• Assist our member florists with questions, requests, product purchases, and problems.
• Handle varying calls such as Flower Orders, Product Orders, Directory Orders and Changes, Credit Card Products, and Equipment Orders.
• Provide accurate information and support to ensure Teleflora's commitment to superior Customer Service.
