Teleflora in Oklahoma City is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a dedicated team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Wed and optional remote Thu-Fri, and an hourly plus commission compensation structure.

The position includes performance-based incentives and opportunities for advancement within Teleflora’s sales organization. Expect potential overtime during floral holidays and a dynamic, growth-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling in a call center and sales environment.
• Proven phone and sales skills with ability to meet targets.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, Teleflora services, systems and technology.
• Work with the Inside Sales Supervisor & Inside Sales Coordinator to develop and execute effective selling skills and strategies.
• Establish a daily, efficient operating rhythm characterized by a disciplined approach to making calls and meeting targets.
• Exceed personal and team sales targets by effectively managing calls, call time, talk time, close rates and units per sale.
• Establish rapport with Teleflora florists and reinforce Teleflora’s commitments to partners.
• Provide regular feedback and participate in training and meetings as needed.
• Be willing to work overtime during floral holiday peak times, including nights and weekends.
• Additional duties as assigned
