Teleflora is hiring a Customer Service Representative, Flowerbuyer in Paragould, AR. This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work, focusing on supporting member florists via Flowerbuyer and guiding them through the account tools and processes.

You will handle inbound calls, train users, collaborate with teams, and meet performance targets while ensuring excellent service during peak floral holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work with minimal direction.
• Capacity to manage and support change.
• Telecommunication experience is an asset.
• Additional hours and attendance may be required for key floral holidays (Valentine's Day & Mother's Day).

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from florists, providing order support and first call resolution.
• Become familiar with the Flowerbuyer Floral Auction site.
• Provide training to florists on their Flowerbuyer Account page and tools.
• Partner with other teams to execute outbound call lists as needed.
• Achieve KPIs and adhere to schedule.
• Handle escalated customer issues with Supervisor support.
• Additional duties as assigned.
