Teleflora, part of The Wonderful Company family, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Paragould, AR. You will act as the frontline contact for our network of florists, handling calls, processing requests, and reinforcing Teleflora's commitment to superior customer service.

The role offers a hybrid schedule: Mon-Wed in the Paragould, AR office and Thu-Fri from home, with remote work as a voluntary benefit.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions with little direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• 1-2 years Customer Service/Call Center experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to speak clearly with good diction.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take customer service-related calls from member florists including billing calls and confirming floral orders.
• Assist member florists with questions, requests, product purchases, and problems.
• Handle incoming requests such as orders, directory changes, and credit card product/equipment orders.
