Job summary

Qualifications

• Heavy-duty truck and hydraulic systems knowledge.
• 1+ year experience in fleet maintenance or repair coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency roadside repairs with mechanics and service providers.
• Arrange maintenance services and follow up for completion and documentation.
• Enter and maintain repair data in company systems.
• Communicate breakdowns with terminals and assist with freight recovery.
• Assist drivers with transportation and lodging during breakdowns.
• Maintain shift-to-shift notes on outstanding repairs.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and customer service.
