You will coordinate emergency repairs for heavy-duty trucks, communicate with drivers and mechanics, and ensure timely maintenance while keeping detailed records and supporting daily fleet operations.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and process improvements to keep drivers moving and equipment on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty trucks, diesel equipment, fleet maintenance, or coordinating vehicle repairs.
• Strong understanding of truck mechanical systems, hydraulics.
• At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep Drivers Moving: Coordinate emergency roadside repairs and maintenance services for heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
• Be the Problem Solver: Communicate with drivers, mechanics, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate Repairs: Arrange maintenance services, follow up on progress, and ensure timely repair completion.
• Support the Team: Work with operations personnel to coordinate solutions when equipment breaks down.
• Help Drivers Along the Way: Arrange transportation and lodging for drivers when breakdowns occur.
• Stay Organized: Maintain records of repairs, updates, and maintenance activities.
• Keep Everyone Informed: Provide updates to drivers, maintenance teams, and shifts for smooth transitions.
