Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty trucks, diesel equipment, or fleet maintenance.
• Strong understanding of truck mechanical systems, particularly hydraulic systems.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable working with drivers, mechanics, and operations personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency roadside repairs and maintenance services for trucks.
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve mechanical issues.
• Arrange maintenance services and follow up on repair progress.
• Assist with transportation and lodging arrangements when breakdowns occur.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
