Responsibilities include dispatch coordination, driver paperwork, and customer communication. A clean driving record, basic Excel/Outlook skills, and a high school diploma are required. This position offers a blend of office work and field duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles to service points, details shops, and customer locations, up to 60% of time.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations leadership on dispatch, scheduling, and load assignments.
• Handle administrative tasks: processing driver paperwork, loading driver funds, updating orders in the system.
• Provide phone support and confirm delivery points with customers.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize safety in daily duties.
• Assist team wherever needed.
