Job summary

Auto Driveaway is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Englewood, CO. You will split time between administrative coordination in the office and driving locally, supporting dispatch and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers and leadership on scheduling, handling driver paperwork, and maintaining orders in our system while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Some office, administrative, or customer-service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication, both on the phone and in writing.
• Comfortable being both at a desk and out in the field.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles to service points, detail shops, and customer locations; up to 60% of time.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations leadership on dispatch, scheduling, and load assignments.
• Handle administrative tasks: processing driver paperwork, loading driver funds, updating orders in our system.
• Provide phone support, route calls, and confirm delivery points with customers.
• Keep things organized, accurate, and moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Make safety an everyday priority.
