Job summary

Auto Driveaway is seeking a Fleet Support Coordinator to join our Denver-area operations team. This hybrid role divides time between administrative coordination in the office and physically relocating vehicles across the Denver metro area and beyond.

You will handle dispatch coordination, driver paperwork, and customer communication while maintaining organized, accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Prior office or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in an office, administrative, or customer service role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Clean motor vehicle record and eligible for company vehicle insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication (phone and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles to service points and customer locations.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations on dispatch, scheduling, and load assignments.
• Handle administrative tasks: processing driver paperwork, loading driver funds, updating orders.
• Provide phone support, route calls, and confirm delivery points with customers.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and fast-paced workflow.
• Jump in wherever the team needs you.
