Auto Driveaway is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support dispatch and administrative tasks with drivers and leadership. The role involves coordinating deliveries, driver documents, and payments, while ensuring accurate order processing and professional communication.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and responsive service for fleet relocation and driveaway operations across corporate fleets and dealerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong logistics and geographic skills.
• 5+ years’ experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service delivery and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate typing and data entry.
• Knowledge of queries and sorting in databases.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and solve problems with dispatch staff and drivers.
• Role requires driving (approx. 60%); may drive extended periods.
• Move and deliver vehicles (service, detail, etc.).
• Ensure driver documents are complete, accurate, and imaged.
• Assist with payment and loading of driver funds.
• Assist with calling and confirming delivery points.
• Provide phone coverage and route calls to staff.
• Implement departmental checklists to support procedures.
• Update all order system work assignments efficiently and accurately.
• Interact professionally with drivers and staff.
• Assign drivers to loads; foster teamwork.
• Prioritize safety in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
