Job summary

Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support and dispatch duties by coordinating with drivers and operations leadership. This role supports national vehicle relocation services for corporate fleets, upfitters, dealerships, and OEMs, ensuring fast, safe door-to-door driveaway service.

Responsibilities include problem-solving with dispatch staff, coordinating loads, and maintaining driver documents with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong logistics and geographic skills.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrates cooperative, positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and solve problems with dispatch staff and drivers.
• Driving approximately 60% and may require extended periods.
• Move and deliver vehicles (service, detail).
• Ensure all driver documents are complete, accurate, and imaged.
• Assist with payment and loading of driver funds.
• Assist with calling and confirming delivery points.
• Provide phone coverage and route calls to staff.
• Implement departmental checklists to support responsibilities.
• Complete and update all order system work assignments accurately.
• Interact with drivers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assign drivers to loads.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment.
• Make safety an everyday priority.
• Other duties as assigned.
