Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Technology & Transformation to lead modernization of our finance systems, analytics, and automation.

You will bridge Finance and IT, partner with leaders to optimize ERP and data capabilities, and advance technology-based controls. This hands-on leadership role requires deep finance systems experience, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, financial systems, enterprise applications, or finance transformation
• 3+ years of leadership leading people, projects, or transformation initiatives
• Experience managing ERP, planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, analytics, automation, or BI platforms
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and finance processes
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of systems integration, data governance, reporting, analytics, and automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate requirements into tech solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress a multi-year finance technology roadmap
• Lead execution and enhancement of the finance technology roadmap aligned to transformation goals
• Manage and optimize finance systems (ERP, planning, forecasting, billing, analytics, automation)
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT and business to improve processes and data quality
• Drive automation, AI capabilities, BI, integrations, and self-service reporting tools
• Champion finance transformation to simplify processes and reduce manual work
• Ensure system reliability, security, integration, and scalability with IT and vendors
• Expand process documentation, SOPs, and workflows for continuous improvement
• Establish governance, data management, and system performance practices incl. audits
• Define KPIs for system performance, adoption, support, and outcomes
• Lead and develop finance technology resources and foster innovation
