Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, shaping the delivery approach and ensuring measurable client outcomes across process, data, controls, and technology.

The role requires ownership of engagement planning, staffing, budgeting, and governance, while serving as a day-to-day leader and trusted advisor to client stakeholders. You will develop reusable tools and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges in consulting, professional services, or industry environment.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, risks, governance, and change enablement.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate information, develop practical recommendations, and communicate complex ideas clearly through executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
