Job summary

Loomis Sayles is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Technology & Transformation to lead the evolution of our finance technology landscape. You will bridge Finance and IT, optimize financial systems, and drive analytics, automation and AI-driven improvements to enable scalable, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 7+ years in IT, financial systems, or related technology roles.
• 3+ years leadership experience overseeing projects, vendors or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing finance systems such as ERP, forecasting, reporting and analytics.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting and business processes.
• Experience bridging Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of systems integration, data governance and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress a multi-year finance technology roadmap with leadership.
• Lead execution and enhancement of the finance technology roadmap.
• Manage and optimize ERP, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and business to improve processes and controls.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled capabilities, BI solutions and system integrations.
• Champion finance transformation to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure system reliability, security, integration and scalability with vendors.
• Expand process documentation, SOPs and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Establish governance, data management and performance practices with audit teams.
• Define KPIs for system performance, adoption and business outcomes.
• Lead and coach finance technology resources and foster innovation.
