Job summary

Nexamp seeks a Senior Business Transformation Manager, Finance Transformation to lead a multi-year portfolio across Accounting and critical Finance interfaces, driving end-to-end transformation with measurable, sustainable improvements.

This hybrid role is based in Boston, Chicago, or Washington, DC. You’ll partner with Finance leadership to optimize NetSuite and related systems, establish governance, and enable new processes with strong adoption and change management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, Finance transformation, strategic operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance transformation workstreams end to end from discovery through future-state design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and transition.
• Own the Finance transformation portfolio by building an integrated roadmap across Accounting and critical Finance interfaces.
