Mytech Partners in Minnesota is seeking a Field Technician II to handle front-line daily support requests, resolve complex client issues, and travel to client sites within the MN area for onsite work. This hybrid role combines desk-based ticket work from the New Brighton MN office with field service tasks to maintain client productivity.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft environments, strong networking knowledge, and proven written communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years industry experience, specifically supporting Microsoft based environments.
• Strong knowledge of SMB networks, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Ability to document processes, issues, resolutions in writing.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond with urgency.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have valid Driver's license.
• Hybrid role requiring MN-based onsite and client-site travel.

Mansioni

• Provide great customer service and clear communication with non-technical and technical users.
• Follow defined support processes and guidelines.
• Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues within a Tier II perspective.
• Log, diagnose, repair, and relay problems to end users or departments.
• Diagnose and communicate advanced issues to Tier 2 staff.
• Acquire new technical skills.
