Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join its IT team in Minneapolis. This full-time role provides first-line technical support with a hybrid schedule (in-office three days per week) and flexible remote options.

You will handle calls, emails, and on-site requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with onboarding and equipment moves. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in an IT Help Desk role, strong MS Office and Windows knowledge, and excellent

• Minimum 2 years in an IT Help Desk or similar role.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and standard business applications.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via calls, emails, and walk-ups.
• Troubleshoot issues and document solutions; escalate when needed.
• Log and track support requests.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and setup of equipment.
• Assist with onboarding and equipment moves.
• Support IT projects as assigned.
