The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent administrative experience, strong communication, and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to multi-task and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent administrative experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant office experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Field Project Manager with schedules, documents, and calendars.
• Input data into ERP/CRM and prepare quotes and BOMs.
• Process purchase orders and customer orders; support invoicing.
• Coordinate field service materials and job logistics.
• Maintain training and compliance records.
