Clearsite Industrial is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to drive growth in the Allentown/Philadelphia area. Based in hybrid settings, you will manage key accounts, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with branches to deliver industrial and environmental services.

You will be responsible for meeting revenue targets, maintaining CRM discipline, and negotiating terms with customers while ensuring safety and service excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management and business development.
• Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management roles.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
• Background resolving customer issues related to environmental remediation or industrial services.
• Experience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize health and safety and adhere to safe work practices.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads and securing Field Services work.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and local branches to maximize revenue.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets and monitor sales activities.
• Track opportunities and accounts using CRM tools and develop strategies to cross-sell services.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
• Serve as primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and opportunities.
• Assist with collection of invoiced revenue from customers.
