Job summary

NFIB is seeking dynamic sales professionals to grow small business membership in your local market. This hybrid role lets you spend 95% of your time in the field meeting business owners, with emphasis on in-person prospecting and closing deals.

You’ll receive best-in-class training, a full benefits package after 30 days, and the potential to earn a yearly paycheck ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 with uncapped commissions. Top performers can reach six figures, and the top 10% exceed $200k.

• Memorizing and utilizing NFIB’s proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation.
• Overcoming objections and closing the sale.
• Processing payment on the spot.
