Qualifications

• Typically requires 4–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Excellent relationship-building and strategic planning for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory; plan strategy and build key relationships for solution selling.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and supply chain management.
• Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and sell Arrow offerings.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote and sell value-added, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs.
