Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for IP&E in Huntsville, AL. You’ll define markets, plan sales strategies, and build key relationships with customers, peers, and suppliers while promoting Arrow’s full portfolio.

This role requires 3–5 years of field sales experience, strong knowledge of electronics components, and the ability to articulate complex value propositions. Expect a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the Huntsville office and travel to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronics components and market.
• Ability to promote and sell Arrow’s full portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the Huntsville, AL territory.
• Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and prepare quarterly reports with sales growth implementations.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with major customers to unlock opportunities.
