Arrow Electronics in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to drive new business and strengthen relationships with key customers. You will work with engineers to tailor solutions, develop account plans, and report quarterly progress.

The role is hybrid with a 60/40 split; travel to customers is required when not training, and you will oversee the full sales lifecycle from strategy to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field sales experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and semiconductor products.
• Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and sell the full Arrow offerings.
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute on them.

Responsabilités

• Define critical markets and new customers in the Huntsville, AL area.
• Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across the sales cycle.
• Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth.
• Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers.
