Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Irvine, California is seeking a results-driven sales professional to define markets, develop relationships, and drive Arrow’s full solution offerings. You will manage key customer accounts, lead quarterly business reviews, and promote supply chain and lifecycle programs.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a path to OTE-based incentives. The position requires 3 years of components sales experience in electronics, a 4-year degree, and residency in the territory,

Qualifications

3 years of components sales experience within the electronics industry is required.
Must already live in the territory.
Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.

Responsibilities

Define key markets and new customers in the Irvine territory and plan strategy to grow sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts for design opportunities and service challenges.
Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
Promote Arrow’s value-add, supply chain and lifecycle programs; use Salesforce and Oracle for tracking.
Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
