The Field Sales Representative II will define markets, build relationships, and drive solution selling across Arrow’s offerings while managing strategic accounts and leading quarterly business reviews.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, data-driven sales planning, and participation in a hybrid work model with travel.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Knowledge of the electronic components industry preferred
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts
• Hybrid work arrangement with Irvine, CA office 1 day/week

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory and plan strategy
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts and ensure satisfaction in supply chain and other services
• Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and promote Arrow offerings
• Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews (iQBR) with major customers
• Promote and sell value-add, supply chain, and life-cycle programs
• Utilize sales tracking systems (SalesForce.com, Oracle) and build supplier relationships
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with base and commission
