Job summary

BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Mobile, AL. This hybrid, full-time role covers local territory sales with travel 2–5 days per week. You will manage coaches and athletic programs, generate revenue, and deliver consultative service.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, account management, and using CRM data to drive growth across sports. Evening/weekend hours may be required, with local travel a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a high level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiently prioritize and manage tasks with strong time management in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM; cultivate a distraction-free home office.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage your account list and travel within the territory.
