Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to serve schools, clubs, and youth programs within an assigned territory. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management, with a hybrid home-office and field-based setup.

Residence in the territory is required; travel 2-5 days per week; evenings and weekends may be needed. Strong CRM use, relationship-building, and data-driven planning are essential to grow multi-sport opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods a plus)
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• Must have reliable vehicle and driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches and clubs within the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM activities including prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports within existing accounts and build pipelines.
