Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, driver's license and insurance; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service to coaches within the territory and drive sales.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets while expanding accounts.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to manage prospects, accounts and activity tracking.
• Grow multi-sport penetration and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel 2–5 days per week within the assigned territory.
