BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Mobile, AL. This full-time hybrid role covers local territory planning, in-home/off-site client engagement, and travel 2–5 days per week. The base draw is $50,000–$60,000 per year, with potential incentives.

Competenze

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods)
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and driving record in good standing

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify and develop leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Leverage data insights to identify opportunities and trends.
