Job summary

You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and monitor treatment plans, aiming for safe, cost-effective recovery and return-to-work outcomes. RN licensure and CCM/URAC certifications are preferred, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Advocate effectively, work independently, strong written communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers, employers, and patients to coordinate care.
• Prioritize cases and manage workload efficiently.
• Attend in-person appointments as needed and provide status updates to customers.
