Job summary

Travel is required to in-person appointments within the assigned geography; bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred but not required. RN-licensed professionals with clinical experience and strong communication will excel in this

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Education: ADN or BSN in Nursing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice to patient care.
• Assess injuries, interview patients, and collaborate with providers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers and physicians to modify duties for return to work.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to customers.
