Qualifications

• Education: two-year or four-year nursing degree; RN license required.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' comp experience preferred.
• Skills: advocacy, independence, written communication, basic office software.
• Certifications/Licenses: active RN license; URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/COHN/COHN-S/CMAC.
• Travel: reliable transportation for in-person appointments within geography.
• Internet: reliable connection required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using clinical knowledge and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and determine occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers and physicians to modify job duties for return-to-work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for clients.
