Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Rome, GA is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager to coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients. This full-time, hybrid/field role requires regular local travel for in-person appointments.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or equivalent certification. Comprehensive benefits and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g. CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• 2+ years of clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based case management with physicians/providers and employers.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured/disabled workers to work.
• Coordinate in-person patient appointments and travel in assigned geography.
• Ensure cost-effective healthcare services and optimal recovery outcomes.
