Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Saint George, UT is hiring a Medical Field Case Manager. This part-time, 30 hour/week hybrid role requires local travel for in-person appointments and RN licensure.

You will work with physicians, employers, and patients to manage treatment plans, advocate for appropriate care, and support workers’ compensation cases. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s in nursing, RN license in good standing, and 2+ years clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in nursing or related field required.
• Active RN license in good standing required; CCM/CDMS/CRC etc preferred.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Coordinate in-person appointments in assigned geography.
• Advise on injury types and medications to support recovery.
• Collaborate with providers to return injured workers to work safely.
• Prepare status updates and communicate progress to customers.
