Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based case management for injured workers in assigned geography.
• Coordinate with physicians, employers, and customers to develop treatment plans.
• Schedule and attend in-person appointments; travel as required; document outcomes.
