Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks a Medical Field Case Manager. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments and coordination with physicians, employers, and patients to return workers to safe, productive work.

You will manage treatment plans, advocate for appropriate care, and ensure cost-effective services. A registered nurse license and 2+ years of clinical practice are expected, with URAC case management certifications desired.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC certification in case management desirable.
• Travel to in-person appointments within geography; reliable internet required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, and patients.
• Coordinate in-person appointments and ensure cost-effective healthcare services.
• Return injured/disabled workers to work safely with appropriate job duties.
• Maintain workload, provide status updates to customers, and complete duties as assigned.
